Innovative open floor plans, designed in house, create the feeling of unrestricted space while allowing for more social interaction with family and friends. We offer nine foot ceilings in all of our floor plans, including the second floor of our 2-stories. Open floor plans tend to be more energy efficient which is an added bonus.
