Working with Tanninen Homes to customize and build your new home is an experience like no other. Our love for the business shows in everything we do—open communication, attention to detail, daily site visits, quality products, an experienced construction crew, and a willingness to make changes to incorporate your vision—making building your new home an exciting and invigorating experience, culminating with thrill when the keys are dropped into your anxiously awaiting hands.
Meet and Greet
We will meet with you to discuss what you are looking for in a home, review current floor plans, and chat about features you would like to incorporate to make your new home uniquely yours.
Building Your Home
We are on-site every day to make sure your home is progressing on schedule and on budget. We know you're excited to get into your new home and aim to complete construction within three to four months of groundbreaking.
Final Inspection
We arrange for final inspection for issuance of a Certificate of Final Occupancy. We will be present during final inspection to answer any questions that may arise.
Walk-Through
We will walk you through your new home before you move in to show you how to operate your new appliances and the heating/cooling system, and answer any questions you may have.
Closing
Once your home has closed, we drop the keys into your anxiously-awaiting hands. Your house is now ready for you to turn it into a loving home!
